Dry Car Wash – Return & Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Return or Exchange:
We only accept returns or exchanges for products that are damaged or defective upon delivery. Please double-check your order before confirming, as returns/exchanges are not applicable for mistakenly ordered or unwanted items.

Return & Exchange Period:
You have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange for a damaged item.

Return Conditions:
To qualify for a return or exchange, please ensure:

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging

  • All tags, accessories, and original invoice/receipt are included

  • Sale items, promotional offers, and gifted products are not eligible for return or exchange

How to Request a Return or Exchange:
Send an email to query@drycarwash.co with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos clearly showing the damage or defect

Approval & Processing:
Once your request is approved, you’ll receive a return shipping label and further instructions. Please do not send any product without prior approval — unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Upon receiving your returned parcel, your exchange will be processed promptly.
